
HOW TO FAST
You are free to fast however the Spirit leads you. Here are some options:
Abstain from solid foods and beverages for 24 hours. Take only water.
Abstain from solid foods and beverages for part of the day. Perhaps from breakfast to lunch. Take only water.
Sacrifice one full meal a day.
Abstain from solid foods for 24 hours. Take only water and liquid foods such as milk, milo or other health beverages.
Abstain from meats and other favourite delicacies. Take only small portions of fresh vegetables, fruit and juices. Do this 40 days. Or do a ten-day fast (DANIEL 1:12).
Abstain from solid foods for 24 hours for three days (ESTHER 4:16).
